What takes only 5 minutes to do?

Something as simple as writing.

Who can write?

Everyone. It's not anything fancy, complicated, or formal. It's just for you.

  • When you write it, the magic begins.
  • After you write it, you can start reading it.
  • When you start reading it, you’ll be able to start saying it.
  • When you start saying it, you start hearing it.
  • When you start hearing it, you start to believe it.
  • When you believe it, things begin to change.
  • When things begin to change, you will understand. And believe.
  • Create an action Plan !!~
    Example >>>
    Day to Day >>  Every Night you Plan the Next Day
    7 days ~~On or before January 8 th  Every week make your Plan for the week
  • 30 days  On or before January 31 Set your month Long Goals
  • 90 Days On or before March  30 Set Your Goals to help you reach your Resolutions !!~
  • One Year Goals are  reached
  • Read your list every Morning and every Night before you go to sleep !!~

  1. How do you start ?
    1. Get a blank notebook. Any kind of notebook , Pad  with or with out lines . Let  it  be your 5-minute journal that you will write in for exactly 5 minutes every day.
    Note: you won't need to spend the full 5 minutes in the morning writing; you will finish your journal entry before going to sleep.
  2. What should I write?
    This is what I use.  But any pad will do.

  3. PART 1. In the morning (approximate time you will need: 3 minutes)
    I am grateful for: EXAMPLES:
    Write down 3 things you are grateful for today.
    Think about what you already have in your life.
    Don't focus only on material things (such as a car or a computer)
    1.  Having A roof over your head
    2. A warm bed to sleep in.
    3. A family member/partner/friend who loves you.
    4. A dog or cat or bird that shares your home.
    5. Happy to be a live.
    6. Running water or electricity.
    7. The ability to read and write an education you've already completed, etc.
    Ask yourself what would make today really Great. Write that something down.. You should think about something specific and relevant to your life, for example: If you spend one hour before going to sleep doing something you love to do, such as reading a book, playing guitar, writing, or painting if you have a conversation with a friend who gives you really good advice on solving a specific problem, etc. Daily affirmation. Write one sentence using positive (affirmative) words and phrases that will help you clarify your thoughts and restructure the dynamic of your brain so that you will ultimately train yourself to begin to think anything is possible. Here are some examples of positive daily affirmations:
    1.I trust myself.
    2. I approve of myself.
    3. Life supports me in every possible way. Every decision I make today is the right one for me.
    4.I believe in myself.
    5.My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.
    6. I deserve the best and I accept it now.
    7. I have the wisdom to make the right choice.
    8. I lead an interesting and unique life.
    9. I am surrounded by people who truly care about me.PART 2: In the evening (approximate time you will need: 2 minutes)Reflect on how the day went by writing about the following:3 wonderful things that happened todayWrite 3 sentences on great things that happened to you.
    EXAMPLES:1. something you saw or heard that was interesting, surprising, or funny.
    2. Something you remembered to do.
    3. Something you completed (a book, a long email, cleaning your kitchen)Write one sentence on what you could have done better that day.
    EXAMPLES:1. If you ran out of time to do something, write down how you could have managed your time better.
    2. If you got to work late, write that you could have woken up a bit earlier.
    3. If you didn't spend enough time with your family or partner, write that you could have  come a bit earlier to have dinner together.
    4. If you felt rushed and frustrated from having too much to do, write that you could have created a schedule for the entire week so that your workload is spread out more evenly.
    There is always room for improvement: write down one thing that you could have added to your day, such as having one hour to yourself to do something relaxing, to reward yourself for being so productive. And that's it! 5 minutes, a few sentences, every day.

With the Holidays upon us we sometimes just can't get all we have to do done !!~ I know the most Highly successful People have the Morning  and Evening  Rituals .  My Favorite is my Morning Walk !!~ Just recently Moved from Florida to Vermont and just getting use to the Weather here and really looking forward to the spring to begin My Morning walk again a little to cold for me right now.

New Resolves  for 2017.  The top resolutions usually center on health and fitness. These are obviously more important than money issues. If you are not alive or healthy enough to enjoy your money, none of this matters. The next most important resolutions do focus on money. The obvious reason is that we have to deal with money issues every day of our lives. Even if you don’t buy something for a day, your mortgage or rent is still adding up, your utility bills are still mounting.  Money issues happen to you, whether you like it or not.
Most people will quit their Resolutions or any other life changing goals within the first 15 day’s of pursuit. To the tune of 80% to 98% . Meaning only 2 of ten will be successful in getting past the first 15 day’

Resolutions fail because they don’t emerge from true breakthroughs. They’re calendar-driven obligations. and they often address the symptoms, not the cause of our unhappiness.
Some resolutions are smart for our physical and emotional health and well-being. Quitting smoking, losing weight, managing stress better—these are all healthy things. It’s almost like we set ourselves up for failure to avoid addressing the messy stuff.

  • Skipping Meals lead to extreme Hunger. You may wind up eating more then you intended .

Winter Solstice ~ Long Night Shortest Day !!~~

Winter Solstice This will be our Longest night hours but Shortest day hours  ~~On December 21 2016 .  5:44 AM .
Then our days will become longer by about a minute a day until  Summer Solstice,   JUNE 21 ST.

 

It is a time for honoring the birth of a New year and manifesting our dreams or visions for the year ahead. Solstice is a magical, contemplative time on the darkest day of the year. The darkness allows time for spiritual re connection and rituals. Solstice is a time to celebrate renewal, plant seeds for rebirth, and set those intentions to the coming light ahead.  Solstice is the perfect time of year to create a ritual, one that asks us to tune in deeply, listen to our intuition and trust that inner voice that is guiding us to change or manifesting. We can use the Solstice as a time for deep meditation to reflect on what has been working in our lives, what has not and where to make changes.
THE FIRST DAY OF WINTER  
Winter Solstice: Ritual, Ideas & Celebrations~

Steps to create a Winter Solstice Ritual:

1. Find somewhere cozy in your house to set your altar table. It can be stack of books or a table, just find a quiet space. Grab a warm tea and notebook.

2. Set 6 tea lights in a circle on that table, this is where you will place your intentions.

3. invoke the contemplative time with a mantra, a simple mantra for manifesting is ” Hum Sa”. This mantra allows the creative energy to flow and creates changes in your reality. Use a mantra with music and chant along with it to create a sacred energy feeling. Either way close your eyes and repeat the mantra for at least 11 rounds. Visualizing a clearing of energy.

4. Now write take time and contemplate on what in your life you want to change or manifest in the new year ahead. Let your inner voice guide you. After you write these down, hold them in your hand and infuse them with love and trust.

5. Place those written intentions in the circle of light, close your eyes and visualize the feeling of them manifesting. Invite a sense of calm and belief in yourself as you are setting those intentions into the universe.

6. Bring your hands to your heart and give gratitude for the universal guidance your received and allow the universe to support your dreams.

This is a nice ritual you can do with friends or family.
You begin by placing on a table, one large unlit candle and various smaller unlit candles for each person present.
Turn off all the lights and spend a moment in darkness, remembering and honoring the Sun’s light.
Then whomever is leading, can light the main big candle an offer a blessing. 
After that each can come and light their candle from the main flame and all candles can be placed in a circle or spiral around the main one.
Once all candles are lit, a song, blessing or “Happy Solstice” can be offered in unison.

It is a Must to keep Moving !!~ If you can not do the exercise Modify it but begin !!~
Example >> I can not get on the floor to do a lot of  Poses  but i can Modify what I want to do until I  can.
One of my favorites is Downward facing Dog. I do this from a standing position . Bending from my waste putting hands on floor and walking my hands out from that position. You will be surprised how small movement can mean a big difference. Keep doing on a Daily Basis and you will see improvement.

.My first thought where way too short and not explaining enough!!~ 

I am going to start with what I am getting FOR >>> NEEDS IMPROVEMENT !!~
1. 1 of the subheadings is followed by more than the recommended maximum of 300 words. Try to insert another subheading.

2, The text contains 4 instances where 3 or more consecutive sentences start with the same word. Try to mix things up!

3. 1 of the paragraphs contains more than the recommended maximum of 150 words. Are you sure all information is about the same topic, and therefore belongs in one single paragraph?

4. 20% of the sentences contain a transition word or phrase, which is less than the recommended minimum of 30%.

Now what I am getting FOR IT IS OK !!~

1. 2 of the subheadings are followed by more than the recommended maximum of 300 words. Try to insert additional subheadings.

2. 23.5% of the sentences contain a transition word or phrase, which is less than the recommended minimum of 30%.

To continue Here are some suggestions I found.

1. Have  an Engaging Title !!~
You will need  an Engaging titles that spark curiosity for more clicks .   Copy writing 

2. Offers Easy to Consume Content.

Here are some ways to accomplish this.
Blog for Your Audience!!~ 

Learn to Write in AP Style !!~
Associated Press (AP) style

Use Subheadings!!~ 

Create Lists !!~ 

Use Italics and Bold Text for Emphasis !!~~
key points with italics, bold text and, with care, all caps.

3. Mixes Content Types!!~

How  the message is  delivered. Improve how you do this by employing these 5 practices.

Offer Your Opinions
If you are an expert in your field Opinion is relevant.

Use Multimedia.
Images, screenshots and video to communicate your message.

Link to Your Research.
Linking to that source raises your credibility by showing you’ve done your homework.

Provide Practical Examples.
Provide details such as names and places to validate that credibility. Just be sure you get the proper permissions first.

4. Is Search Engine Optimized.
Tuning into your audience and writing for them. Trust your gut and write for people and SEO will take care of itself.
Key elements of SEO that deserve your attention.
Get in the habit of summarizing your post in the first couple of sentences.

Keywords:
Learn the common words and phrases being used by your audience.

Links:
Write amazing content that people want to link to.
instead of using click here >>> use relevant keywords such as small business marketing, or whatever relates to your expertise. 

5.  Encourages Interaction and Action.
Namely in the form of comments >> comments are social proof that your blog is a happening place. And this encourages more traffic and subscribers to your

There are your Morning Rituals and Night Rituals that are soo very important in Building up and conditioning your self for success. Taking action can be difficult and hard. And so it’s easy to wind up becoming Lazy  or Procrastinate  a lot. How can you break out of such behavior and develop a behavior of taking more action?

  1. Reconnect with the present moment.

This will help you snap out of over thinking and just go and do whatever you want to get done.

One of the simplest ways to connect with the present moment is just to keep your focus on you breathing for a minute or two. Check out 7 more tips in 8 Ways to Return to the Present Moment.

  1. Be accountable to others.

If you tell a bunch of people that you are going to do something then it will be hard to not do it. You don’t want to disappoint them. Or have to face up to them the next time you meet.

If you have a hard time getting going with something get some support.

Think about how you can involve others to help all of you to take more action.

Use this tip and then when you are about to take action you reconnect with the present moment to quiet negativity within yourself.

  1. Be accountable to yourself.

In the long run a more consistent and perhaps healthier way to develop a habit of taking more action is to answer to yourself instead of others.

The problem with this one is that you are likely to cheat on yourself and rationalize how you don’t need to take action or follow your principles. When the social pressure of having to answer to others isn’t there it’s easy to slip and fall into laziness or procrastination.

But over time you can become more and more consistent with acting according to your own standards. I believe that one of the keys to develop this kind of thinking is to get off a dependence on external validation and be more internally validated.

If you can develop accountability to your own standards then it can be more consistent than the one you get from relying on being accountable to others. It comes from within so it doesn’t have to rely on other, outer circumstances that may fluctuate.

It is also very useful to help you feel good about yourself and to help you grow.  If you are accountable to yourself then you set your limits wherever you want them.

  1. Lighten up.

One way to dissuade yourself from taking action is to take whatever you are about to do too seriously. That makes it feel too big, too difficult and too scary. If you on the other hand relax a bit and lighten up you often realize that those problems and negative feelings are just something you are creating in your own mind. With a lighter state of mind your tasks seems lighter and becomes easier to get started with. Have a look at Lighten Up! for more on this topic.

  1. Use a limited to-do list.

A to-do list is a simple and great way to remember what you are about to do.

Think about what the absolutely most important items on the list are. Just two or three. Then put them on a new to-do list. This list will seem less daunting and I have found that it makes it easier to actually take action and get those things done.

  1. Choose instead of should.

Here’s a small but useful tip. You don’t really need to do anything. You always choose what to do. When you think that you choose to do whatever you do then you regain the control and power. And it becomes easier to take action.

  1. Focus on the how instead of the if’s.

So instead of letting your mind get lost in what if’s focus on the how. In a situation focus on how you can do something, how you can solve a problem or achieve a goal. Do some research if you need to. Or get support and help from other people.

Focusing on the how puts your mind to better use and creates a positive attitude within rather than a negative and uncertain one. This makes it easier to take action without too much hand wringing and time spent over thinking things.

  1. Get enthusiastic.

Enthusiasm is great emotional state to be in to get going and take action. And if you aren’t feeling enthusiastic then that’s OK too. You can pretty much always create enthusiasm within yourself. Check out  4 Powerful Reasons to Up Your Enthusiasm,

  1. Start small.

To get from a state where you just feel like sitting on your chair and doing nothing much to one where you take action over and over you can do this: start small. start with something that doesn’t seem so hard.

Creating Nightly Ritual for  success ~~ We all talk about our Morning Rituals and now to make this a sure way to begin our Morning we can create what we do the following day the night before. While many of us have morning rituals that connect us with our center and help us to set intentions, we may want to explore the magic and power of nighttime ritual as well. It holds for us a beautiful chance for self-appreciation and blessing. Before you go to bed each night, you can send gratitude, compassion, and healing to the being you have been up until this moment. And you can send lightness and love into the future for the one you are in the process of becoming.

Creating Nightly Rituals  for Success is the secret to having an amazingly productive day. The evening before.

Sounds strange at first, but how your day turns out is directly proportionate to how you spend the evening before it. You know that from experience, even if you never consciously acknowledged it. What is your slowest and most unproductive morning? Chances are, it's either Saturday morning or Sunday morning. Why? Because chances are you stayed late the night before and enjoyed yourself (the way it should be).

What you do the evening before has a direct effect on the next day so you need to create a productive evening routine for yourself. An evening ritual that sets you up for a great night sleep and a productive day the day after.

What exactly should go into your evening routine? What should you avoid doing at all costs? Why should you have an evening ritual?

Creating a Nightly routine for yourself and you'll see how you'll sleep better, wake up well-rested and jump-start your day and your productivity.

An evening routine is really the “secret sauce” to your productivity and it has never been easier to create one for yourself.

 

1. They stretch and exercise lightly. Just like my Morning walk take an evening walk. Morning Rituals !!~
An evening walk is a good idea to wine down your day giving yourself thought time about your day. Some stretching and gentle yoga.

2.They take a warm bath
A warm bath is likely to put you in a deep sleep. A shower is less effective and will tend to wake you up.

3. Read a Book  example ( Bill Gates) said he reads for an hour each night before bed . This helps to reduce Stress and improve Memory.

4. They Meditate. Taking the time to Meditate and unplugging has a calming effect and also helps with depression  and manage the pressure of work. Reflecting on the good things that have happened during the day, there are always good things, Keeping that Positive Attitude.

 

5. Plan your Day. Picturing tomorrows success. writing down the most important things to accomplish, Write down 3 things you want to accomplish. This is perfect way to really accomplish what is needed. You will be able to get straight to work the next day.

6. . Create a cozy Sleep Environment. This induces and Maintains a well rounded and restful sleep. Example ~~ wash hands, brush teeth, puff your pillows. What ever makes your sleep more inviting.

7. Unplug. Turn your phone off or put your phone in another room. The bright lights of the cell phone screen tricks the body in believing it is still day time, prevents certain chemicals in being released and disrupts the body's nature sleep rhythm, This causes some to have a harder time going to sleep. this would include keeping Computers and Laptops out of the Bedroom.

A. Accept yourself.  express your true thoughts, feelings and ambitions .  Become more of who you want to be.  Be more kind and loving with yourself.
B.  Accept the Past .  Let go !!~  To be more free, happy and present today.  Looking at the positive and empowering lesson of the past that I have Learned.  Being grateful for my past.
C.  Accept What You Can and Cannot Change. Let the things go that you cannot change and change what you can.  Be more accepting of my power to shape my own emotions and attitude each day.

3. Accountability. To change our lives, we must become accountable for our reality, what we’ve missed, and what we must do and by when.
A.  Own Your Reality . Take back your control.
B. : Own Your Mistakes and Mastery Level. The things you have avoiding face them !!~ Change what can be changed. Do it !!`  Take back command of your level of growth and mastery in the major areas of  your  life.  Be a role model to those around you.
C.  Own Your Progress.  Make yourself  accountable to achieving each of your  goals what ever they may be. The habits you  start every week from now on to help you  move toward these goals. Making Dead lines create a change. If you don't make it >>  you are out>> if you do >> you got it  ( change begins )

4. Action. Time for us to become more action-oriented in creating the lives we desire. To change our lives, we must take consistent and significant action that propels us forward. There is no change without action. To Grow we must take the action needed. So get out of that comfort zone and begin.
A.  Plan your Day for Positive Action.  Your morning routine would be very important  positive and growth-oriented mindset each day.  Look forward to every day that would generate tremendous enthusiasm and motivation.  When  facing difficulties or disappointments what do you do to get your mindset Positive Attitude back.
B. Face your fears. Face you Problems head on. Deal with them in a quick and efficient way.
C.  Focus  on the most important tasks at hand  to move forward. Don't become distracted . Again Focus on what you need to achieve your goals  daily .
