New Resolves for 2017. The top resolutions usually center on health and fitness. These are obviously more important than money issues. If you are not alive or healthy enough to enjoy your money, none of this matters. The next most important resolutions do focus on money. The obvious reason is that we have to deal with money issues every day of our lives. Even if you don’t buy something for a day, your mortgage or rent is still adding up, your utility bills are still mounting. Money issues happen to you, whether you like it or not.
Most people will quit their Resolutions or any other life changing goals within the first 15 day’s of pursuit. To the tune of 80% to 98% . Meaning only 2 of ten will be successful in getting past the first 15 day’
Resolutions fail because they don’t emerge from true breakthroughs. They’re calendar-driven obligations. and they often address the symptoms, not the cause of our unhappiness.
Some resolutions are smart for our physical and emotional health and well-being. Quitting smoking, losing weight, managing stress better—these are all healthy things. It’s almost like we set ourselves up for failure to avoid addressing the messy stuff.

It’s part of the new year ritual – an annual attempt to start afresh and turn over a new leaf.
Many of the most successful techniques involve making a plan and helping yourself stick to it.
Write it down.
- When you write it, the magic begins.
- After you write it, you can start reading it.
- When you start reading it, you’ll be able to start saying it.
- When you start saying it, you start hearing it.
- When you start hearing it, you start to believe it.
- When you believe it, things begin to change.
- When things begin to change, you will understand. And believe.
- Create an action Plan !!~
Day to Day >> Every Night you Plan the Next Day
7 days ~~On or before January 8 th Every week make your Plan for the week
- 30 days On or before January 31 Set your month Long Goals
- 90 Days On or before March 30 Set Your Goals to help you reach your Resolutions !!~
- One Year Goals are reached
- Read your list every Morning and every Night before you go to sleep !!~
Envision yourself Accomplishing Your Resolutions !!~ allow your self to feel your success !!~
Let yourself Meditate on them !!~
- Being Focused on a Goal will help you organize your time so it helps you achieve your desired results.
Set a Timer !!~
Make lists and keep a Schedule
- Learn to say NO/YES
You can do this one month at a time or combine any you wish.
ONE SMALL CHANGE A MONTH
JANUARY !!~ Drink more water
Drinking water helps you lose weight, it helps you feeling full so you eat less, flushes out Toxins,
drink 8 ~ 8 oz. cups per day.
FEBRUARY >> Make Breakfast a Priority .
People who lost 30 lbs or more ate Breakfast.
Keep it simple.
MARCH >> Get more sleep.
Getting proper sleep helps you Body fight illness and may lower your risks of Heart Disease and Diabetes. For a better Healthier you between 7-8 hours of sleep.
APRIL >> Start a Food Journal
Writing down what you eat may double your weight loss. Making you more aware. Helping you identify specific food habits so you can make healthy changes.
May >>> Go for a walk
Walking is free requiring no special equipment and can be done any where. You need 30 minuted of walking 5 day’s a week or break it down to to 15 minute walk 2 times a day.
JUNE >> EAT YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES.
Low in calories and full of fiber. Easier time maintaining a healthy Weight and risks of disease. Fill Half your Plate with fruits and veggies.
July >>> Down size your plate.
Change your Dinner Plate for a smaller Lunch Plate !!~ Your Plate will look full and Satisfying.
August >>> Go Meatless.
Make it a Plain to go Meatless for one or two meals a week.
September >>> Find a workout buddy.
This will increase your Motivation making it more fun and consistent
October >>> Savor your meals.
Eat Slowly. This helps you eat few calories and leaves you feeling more Satisfying.
November >> unplug and unwind
Heavy Technique use may lead to increase risk of depression, stress and sleep disorders. Make time for yourself.
December >>> Don’t skip meals.
Skipping Meals lead to extreme Hunger. You may wind up eating more then you intended .
