OK!!~~ You must be wondering just what do I mean by HEALTH AND WELL BEING (Spring/Summer Melt Down) (PHASE 1)     .  Let me get rid of my extra weight in order to be a Healthier me !!~ Having a lot of Challenges ahead of me a long with some Business Decisions.
I am Focusing on what I can do then adding more as I improve !!~ That is another Blog !!~

You can not start over but you can begin again and this is exactly what I am doing. I am ready for my HEALTH AND WELL BEING (Spring/Summer Melt Down) (PHASE 1)    Are you ? .  My title is >>> HEALTH AND WELL BEING (Spring/Summer Melt Down) (PHASE 1)   There will be a PHASE 2 Follow up.

A little about me >>>> I am 73 years Young . I will tell you I do have a Physical disability t > My Left leg is 2 inch's shorter because of an old injury >> I broke my left leg and hip years ago never realized that  I broke my hip and my left leg never grew . Anyway I do my standing on my left leg and never straightening  my right leg>  Osteoarthritis in my right knee. Have gone for shots 3 weeks in a row and now I am going for Physical Therapy. Now that I have started exercising  my right leg is becoming stronger. Spring is here in Vermont and am really looking forward to my Morning walks. List here are the 3 things I do every day, taking a good part of my Morning.

3 THINGS I CHOOSE TO DO EVERT MORNING BEFORE I BEGIN MY DAY!!~

#1. Drinking from 16 oz. to 24 oz. of water while brewing my coffee!!~~

Drinking water is not one of my favorites but is soo important. I do write down how many oz. I drink soo I can keep       track of this. I am drinking  Half my Body weight in water. EXAMPLE 160 IBS. 80 0z. of water.

#2. I Meditate and use Affirmations !!~

Meditation benefits every aspect of your being . . . mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

How you feel and what you think determine almost every decision you make in life. Who you are in this world, and how you respond to the experiences that come your way are all influenced by the content of your mind. Therefore any activity (such as meditation) that improves the quality of your thinking and feeling will have a positive effect on your entire life path.

#3. EXERCISE !!~

I have my exercises I do from my Physical Therapist 3 times a day >> I do these at 8 am ~~~ 12 noon and 4 pm !!`

  2. Very useful information for health and well being. Drinking water is a necessity of life and the benefits you described are no doubt very important. I personally do not drink much water but i will do now after reading this. Plus these meditation benefits are awesome. I will definitely try it at home. thank you for sharing such helpful tips.

      Andy I do struggle with the water drinking but I write down what I have consumer so I am aware how much more I must drink though out the day !!~~ thank you Andy Appreciate !!~

      The plus here is it is getting warmer here in Vermont and I love it going to do my Motning walk and al so may add an evening walk !!~ thank youu soo much Appreciate !!~

  5. Honestly didn’t realize how much impact on your body could have if you just drank more water. I’ll be totally honest I can’t stand water but you just reminded me WHY I just need to go back in.

      I don’t like water myself but I drink it and make sure I write the amout down so I can keep track ♥ thank you appreciate Youuu
