OK!!~~ You must be wondering just what do I mean by HEALTH AND WELL BEING (Spring/Summer Melt Down) (PHASE 1) . Let me get rid of my extra weight in order to be a Healthier me !!~ Having a lot of Challenges ahead of me a long with some Business Decisions.
I am Focusing on what I can do then adding more as I improve !!~ That is another Blog !!~

A little about me >>>> I am 73 years Young . I will tell you I do have a Physical disability t > My Left leg is 2 inch's shorter because of an old injury >> I broke my left leg and hip years ago never realized that I broke my hip and my left leg never grew . Anyway I do my standing on my left leg and never straightening my right leg> Osteoarthritis in my right knee. Have gone for shots 3 weeks in a row and now I am going for Physical Therapy. Now that I have started exercising my right leg is becoming stronger. Spring is here in Vermont and am really looking forward to my Morning walks. List here are the 3 things I do every day, taking a good part of my Morning.
3 THINGS I CHOOSE TO DO EVERT MORNING BEFORE I BEGIN MY DAY!!~
#1. Drinking from 16 oz. to 24 oz. of water while brewing my coffee!!~~
Drinking water is not one of my favorites but is soo important. I do write down how many oz. I drink soo I can keep track of this. I am drinking Half my Body weight in water. EXAMPLE 160 IBS. 80 0z. of water.

Meditation benefits every aspect of your being . . . mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
How you feel and what you think determine almost every decision you make in life. Who you are in this world, and how you respond to the experiences that come your way are all influenced by the content of your mind. Therefore any activity (such as meditation) that improves the quality of your thinking and feeling will have a positive effect on your entire life path.
I Listen to this every morning as one of the first things I do.

#3. EXERCISE !!~
I have my exercises I do from my Physical Therapist 3 times a day >> I do these at 8 am ~~~ 12 noon and 4 pm !!`

After All this I have my Breakfast >>> usually a shake and my very favorite is Chocolate!!~~ ♥♥
I am usually having Breakfast during my wake up call!!~ I Listen on the Webcall so this is convenient. Then right after that I go on a live Video. My Mornings are very full !!~
AFTER I DO MY exercises I go on my morning wake up call!!~` VERY MOTIVATING . So if you want to start your day off very motivated join me on this call!!~~
