Consistency in your uncomfort zone !!~
There has been a lot said about getting out of your comfort zone. You must if you want to grow, learn, change and be Successful get out of your comfort zone . Consistency in your uncomfort zone is a must.
If you indeed are serious about being successful, you will have to enter into the uncomfort zone. The ability to overcome the ‘uncomfort zone' will require being open-minded, having a strong desire to succeed and being motivated. Being open-minded is essential to Goal Setting !!~ Allow you to explore all the possibilities for how you can achieve your goal. When you have decided that you want to reach success, you will become a risk-taker. You will not be afraid to fail. You will be able to take chances. Your goal achievement could be compared to a game. You should be betting on yourself because you know the strong desire you have to be successful.
It is about how bad you want to achieve your goal. If you are motivated then nothing will prevent you from reaching your success. Passing through the uncomfort zone will be just that. It will not matter what you need to do because you have set a path to accomplish a goal.
We will not reach our full potential if we remain in our comfort zone !!~ Fact !!~
Believe in yourself and the commitment you have made to your success. At that point, enter the uncomfort zone.

1. Become aware of what’s outside your comfort zone. Tiny Buddha ~~
Fear can not be faced if you don't know what you fear~~ if feeling uncomfortable it is natural to stay away from it, but you must notice this and allow yourself to feel it. Being more comfortable in this uncomfort zone. In other Words face your fears and you will find you can DEAL with them.
Over Coming Fear
2. Take small steps, not giant leaps.
Start with something that is just a little uncomfortable . Example ( Smiling at Strangers, start saying Hello )

3. Be honest about when you’re making excuses.
We can always come up with reasons ( excuses ) not to do something. Not feeling that well, too much work to do. You just don’t have enough time.

4. Be clear about what you’re aiming to overcome.
The best way to explain this is by example >>> Going to work out, avoiding the weight room. Then deciding to go.
Not returning telling myself I didn’t need to because I’d already shown I could. Excuse !!~ Must overcome the FEAR.

5. Focus on the fun.
Uncomfortable is natural; we all feel it from time to time. But if we can learn to accept discomfort without letting it govern our lives, we can give ourselves the best opportunity to learn and grow
