It is a Must to keep Moving !!~ If you can not do the exercise Modify it but begin !!~
Example >> I can not get on the floor to do a lot of  Poses  but i can Modify what I want to do until I  can.
One of my favorites is Downward facing Dog. I do this from a standing position . Bending from my waste putting hands on floor and walking my hands out from that position. You will be surprised how small movement can mean a big difference. Keep doing on a Daily Basis and you will see improvement.

  5. Very true Sandra, I think everyone should exercise more. We seem to be a nation of people who are slow to exercise but quick to eat fast food.

  6. This is SO HUGE Sandra!

    We all need to exercise as we get older because whatever we fail to use we will lose.

    Working in a nursing home we have our residents doing exercise daily and tai chi is one of the exercises
