Meaning of Acceptance ☛
Acceptance isn’t about liking or approving of what has happened. It is about surrendering to the flow of life and allowing it to flow.
Don’t let yourself get too caught up in what could have been, or would have been, or should have been. Look instead at the power and possibility of what is.
The things you see as problems are realities that you have chosen to interpret in a certain way. Consider that you can view them from a more positive and empowering perspective any time you wish.
Many of the burdens that weigh you down come from fighting against what has already happened. Gracefully accept what is, and experience the enormous sense of freedom that acceptance brings.
There is real value that exists right now in this moment, in this situation, in this unique set of circumstances. Allow yourself to fully accept the reality of what is, and you compel yourself to uncover that value.
Accept even what you cannot control, and you’ll discover more power and effectiveness in those things you can control. Accept responsibility for the things that influence your life, and you’ll be able to focus all that energy in a positive direction.

Take on the curiosity of a child. Open up and explore life as if it were your first day here, regardless of what you’ve had or lost. You can choose to focus on either. What’s your choice?

Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them. They stay focused on their past successes rather than their past failures, and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the other distractions that life presents to them.

What you focus on will grow. Focus on Problems and negativity and your challenges will increase. Focus on Appreciation and Possibility and new doors will open.

This is what I focus on in life is abundant and that abundance only continues to grow, Prosperity is a state of Mind that support me. I allow abundance to cater my life on a higher level.

In order to become Focused we must limit the clutter we have created.

We all deal with it. In some part of our world, we face it: be it in our closets, in our offices, or even in our bodies. But the most distracting and debilitating cluttered space is in our heads.
You know the feeling. Driving on auto pilot  to work. Forgetting important dates. Leaving the water running or the stove on. Stumbling over words, unable to make a point.
When we’re caught up in our heads, distracted by worry or fear, we’re not present or clear-headed. And when we’re not clear-headed, we lose the connection to ourselves, our environment, and our live.
Mental clutter pulls us off center, disrupting our balance. It can get so jumbled and disorderly up there that we end up lost in la la land.

Decluttering the mind requires us to become intentional on where we place our attention and how we spend our time and energy.

Here are some tips to help you do that.
Keep a gratitude log.
Gratitude is appreciating what you have. It’s saying that what you have is enough. Taking time every day to consider your blessings will help bring balance to your life. It’s hard to  be grateful and angry at the same time. Spend five minutes every day to note at least five things you’re grateful for.
Journal.
By writing down your thoughts, worries, hopes, and experiences, you are finding respite from the chatter inside your head. Try to journal every day for however long it takes to feel peace on a topic. The more you do it, the faster the peace comes.
Laugh. Laughter has been proven to be the best medicine for relieving stress. It eases defensiveness, lightens your emotional load, and lifts stress off your shoulders.
Zone out. Take time to rest your mind every day. Let your mind shut off from having to process, apply, or interpret information. This means no TV, no conversation, no reading, and no problem solving.
Control your media intake. Start really paying attention to the noise that you let seep into your eyes and ears. Ask, Is this benefiting my life in any way?

Get creative. As often as possible, connect with your inner child  by exploring your imagination. The point is to get lost in awe and wonder like you did at five years old. When you achieve that feeling from a certain activity, keep doing it!
Exercise. Move. Sweat. Stretch. Get active and get your endorphins going! Exercise helps control your weight, prevent illness, boost energy, and improve your mood. It helps you sleep better, feel better, and focus better.
Get clear on your priorities. Evaluate anything that comes between you and your priorities—is it worth you compromising on what matters most?
Do something kind for another person
“You’ll get everything you want if you help others get what they want.” Whatever we feel is lacking in a situation is something we’re not giving. And anytime we feel lack or longing, we’re out of balance.
Sounds counter intuitive, but if you want to see more of something in your life, start giving that thing away—be it love, money, or attention. If you don’t feel genuinely moved to lend a helping hand or pass along a compliment, simply smile instead. That act alone is enough to improve your mood and clear the mental blockage between you and compassion.
Let go.
Since when does worrying get you anywhere? Release those useless, negative thoughts of worry. When we do this regularly, we drastically reduce the amount of “stuff” that needs our attention and depletes our energy. Our minds are full of thoughts in the form of judgments, expectations, and fears that blind us from the truth. Try monitoring your mind and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. You’ll soon notice a change in your entire outlook on life.
Life’s full of surprises. We control how we respond to them, and the best way to strike a balance is to roll with the punches and go with the flow. Life’s unpredictable course is our opportunity to meet surprises with acceptance and grace. It helps to have an open mind.

Once you get rid of the clutter always remember to focus on what you want not on what you don’t have!!~~ Easier said then done.
When you focus on being a blessing, God makes sure that you are always blessed in abundance.
Your destiny is to fulfill those things upon which you focus most intently. So choose to keep your focus on that which is truly magnificent, beautiful, uplifting and joyful. Your life is always moving toward something.

When we take a brisk walk in the morning, we are quickly activating our body’s systems. Pulse rate rapidly increases, perspiration begins to flow, and we suddenly feel a level of Alertness  and our environment. How Stress can Make you Stronger Today,Tomorrow”

How Stress can make you Stronger, Today, Tomorrow. There’s growing evidence stress may make us stronger and smarter. You can not escape Stress so >> Embrace it and see it as  a opportunity to grow and learn. ‘Why do some people thrive under stress? And why do some people just have stress destroy their life and their quality of life. It does comes down to resilience, and how we view stress. People who tend to avoid stress tend to have very low resilience. Whereas people who survive really traumatic events in their life tend to view stress as something that’s unavoidable. And experiencing stress may be good for our brains. Research shows each time we work our way through a challenging situation, our brains recover and rewire themselves to learn from our experience. So, the next time we face a similar situation, we’ll know what to do. If you’re feeling stressed about something try rethinking your approach.
Look at it as an opportunity to learn. Look at it as a challenge. And, just by doing that, your brain can start to secrete these hormones that help you really learn from it and do better the next time.
Stress is the disruption of homeostasis and is not always bad.  In regards to exercise, stress is needed to produce training adaptions.  In order to learn, you need to stress your brain in new ways – learning a new language, solving a math problem, creating a new business/product, etc..  Humans are designed to handle small, intermittent bouts of stress.  When stress becomes chronic, it becomes a disease. The effects of stress on your body are very real.
However stress is effecting you, you need to learn to identify it and manage it.  Once your body becomes conditioned to respond a certain way, it’s hard to change that response.  Rewiring your brain and heart and nervous system hacks your stress response allowing you to become far more resilient with more energy to use adapting to positive stress.

Effects of Stress on your Body.

This is the most basic and easiest way to reduce your stress level.  It sounds simple, but many people don’t practice it enough. It’s common for adults to forget to spend time having fun. Family and career considerations – and the ever-present email waiting for replies – can suck the fun out of life. It’s your job to schedule fun time the same way you schedule meetings.

Synchronize Your Heart & Brain with Heart Math
The  Heart Math technology when it comes to reliably training your heart and brain to work together.  A healthy, relaxed person has high heart rate variability (HRV)  which means that amount of time between each heart beat is different with each beat.  Low heart rate variability is a sign of intense stress.  When your sympathetic nervous system is under stress, your body will release stress hormones, and your heart develops an inflexible unchanging beat. This state is correlated with a host of diseases and even overall mortality from all causes.

Meditation
The goal of meditation is to become more mindful, be more directive and choiceful with your attention and responsive (not reactive) to your thoughts.  Meditation allows you to identify, observe, and master your emotions.  Instead of blindly reacting to outside stimuli, you can optimize your thought process and react as you see fit.

Several ways to practice mediation are counting, reciting mantras, breathing, practicingmindfulness and positive self talk.

You can reduce the amount of stress you experience through mindfulness of your thoughts and feelings.  At the same time, you become better able to cope with the stress you still face. When you learn to meditate right (hint: Heart Math is a head start), the stressful voices in your head start to silence themselves.

In fact, mine are gone. There is silence when I want it, available on demand, at any time. No songs stuck in my head, no critical voices from my past, no worrying. Just me.
You need to learn how to breathe.  Most people suck in air using the intercostal muscles of their chest.  The right way to breathe is with your diaphragm, also known as belly breathing.  This kind of breathing helps you relax and control your heart rate.

The best way to describe this type of breathing is to describe Pranayama Yoga.

Pranayama is the art of Yoga breathing.  One of the five aspects of yoga is breath control.  According to pranayama yoga, there are three kinds of breathing:

High Breathing.

This is also known as clavicular, or collarbone breathing.  This means you are breathing primarily with the upper chest and lungs.  High breathing is shallow and inefficient, since a large amount of oxygen fails to reach the lower lung. This is the worst form of breathing, and it is the one you revert to when stressed or angry.

Low Breathing

This is the best possible form of breathing.  It utilizes your lower abdomen and diaphragm to pull air in and out of your lungs.  To practice low breathing, breathe into your stomach as you suck air through your nose, and your stomach will compress first on your exhale, following the breath up.  Your chest and shoulder blades will not move much – only your stomach.

Middle Breathing

As you might expect, this is somewhere in between high and low breathing.  It’s “better” than the former, but not as good as the latter.

There are four phases of proper breathing.

1. Inhale (Puraka in yoga-speak)

This should be a continuous, long breath.

2. Pause & hold (Abhyantara Kumbhaka)

This is a pause before exhaling.  You should not move any muscle during this process.

3. Exhale (Rechaka)

This should be a controlled, relaxed, continuous exhale.

4. Pause After Exhaling (Bahya Kumbhaka)

This is just like the first pause and starts the cycle over again.

Controlled breathing is a great first step to mastering stress. Even a few minutes a day, done for 2 weeks, can have amazing effects. Add it to your morning routine and see what happens.

You can use this technique any time you experience discomfort or tension.  Instead of kicking a trash can or thinking dark thoughts about that screaming baby in the airport when your flight gets delayed, take a few slow deep breaths and put your focus only on what it is like to breathe.  You’ll feel better – I guarantee it.

My favorite two breathing techniques are:

The One Minute Breath

  • Breathe in to the diaphragm for 20 seconds.
  • Hold for 20 seconds
  • Exhale for 20 seconds

4-4-6-2 Breath

  • Breathe in to the diaphragm through the back of the throat for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Breathe out slowly through the back of the throat for 6 seconds
  • Hold empty breath for 2 or more seconds

At first, it is common to feel like you’re going to die when you hold your lungs without air in them for even a second or two. Your brain rewires itself to be calmer when you practice slow breathing.

Stress is one of the most overlooked and under appreciated problems in modern life.  Diet, sleep, and exercise are all important, but mental and physiological stress will undermine your best attempts at anything unless you mange them.  , but you will get better results just by taking some simple steps likemeditation, breathing, or best of all the Heart Math Emwave2.  By rewiring your brain and nervous system to handle stress more efficiently, you will become a more effective person in all walks of life, and the stress you do experience will be the kind that makes you stronger.

I Personally take the time  to go out doors and enjoy Nature.
Beware the “busy life. We may have responsibilities and obligations, but we all have the power to scale back. It might not be easy, but it’s possible. I don’t know about you, but I refuse to use being too busy as an excuse for living a beautiful life.
Keep it simple.
It is often only when we finally slow down that we’re able to recognize all the chaos that can fill our world. Keeping life simple is now a priority.
Recognize and eliminate energy drains. What drains your energy? What habits, activities, or relationships aren’t healthy for you? What, if eliminated, would provide a huge sense of relief?

Humans have strikingly similar traits to elephants. These traits — like resilience and problem-solving skills — are also evident in strong leaders.

Their intelligence, instincts and family values have such a great message. Elephants share many traits with us — the same lifespan, a strong sense of family, an understanding of death and the experience of many of the same emotions.We can learn from them and apply to our every day life. Personal and Business.

1. Listen to your Elders.

What can we learn from Elephants. Elephants are born with fewer survival instincts than many other animals. Instead, they must rely on their elders to teach them the things they need to know. They’ve been there and done that.
Listen to Successful Leaders and Learn from them!!~ In Business this would be your elders !!~

2. Have thick skin.

An elephant’s skin is extremely tough and measures about an inch thick. Instead of getting emotional about things, take a deep breath and walk away. Hey—at least you put yourself out there! Always get out of your comfort zone. Don’t matter what people think. What matter what you think. Face the Haters. Thick Skinned. You can take it.

Eat your fruits and veggies!

Elephants are herbivores. 75 percent of Americans don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables. It’s no wonder why Americans are suffering from digestive and heart diseases and cancers. An apple a day goes a long way! Yes Fruits and Vegies are so Good For us Humanoids also !!~

Touching is an important form of communication.

Individuals will greet each other by stroking or wrapping their trunks; the latter also occurs during mild competition. Older elephants use trunk-slaps, kicks and shoves to discipline younger ones. You can interpret this one a couple of ways, but everyone raises their kids differently! What I want you to take away from this is to shake hands, hug and kiss and hugging is actually shown to reduce heart disease—it relieves tension, stress and it’s great for relationships!
They say you should give 5 hugs a day to be truly Happy. I am into Happy!!~

5. Drink more H2O!

When an elephant drinks, it sucks as much as two gallons (7.5 liters) of water into its trunk at a time. Then it curls its trunk under, sticks the tip of its trunk into its mouth, and blows. Out comes the water, right down the elephant’s throat. Water helps you look and feel younger, it lubricates the joints, it’s great for your skin, aids in weight maintenance and detoxifies! Depending on your level of activity shoot for one to three liters a day.
Us Humans  must not forget the importance of water about half your bofy weight in oz. Example you weigh 200 lbs. Drink 100 oz. of water.

Forgiveness

Like humans, elephants experience conflict and violence, from clashes with people now living on old migratory routes, to being the target of poachers seeking their ivory. But they seemingly possess compassion and forgiveness in abundance.  They have often witnessed the death of their family at the hands of humans.
We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies. Forgiveness.

Inclusion

Among elephants, bullying is simply not tolerated. If a calf is caught picking on a younger member, they’ll be reprimanded by the rest of the herd or worse excluded — a terrible punishment for a species that thrives on social interactions and physical touch. So being kind really is a matter common sense — something this social and intelligent species appears to understand far better than us.
Standing as a witness in all things means being kind in all things, being the first to say hello, being the first to smile, being the first to make the stranger feel a part of things, being helpful, thinking of others’ feelings, being inclusive.

Help one another in adversity

A little while ago, a video did the rounds on the internet of a young elephant calf trapped in a mud hole. Struggling in the mud, you can feel the terror of the young calf. One by one however, other elephants joined the fray and with some team skills they manage to rescue the young baby. Like us, elephants perceive the emotions of others and are known to help one another in adversity, from invisible rumbles alerting others of danger to overt physical gestures — it’s pretty inspiring to see.

Elephants are more ancient, more complex and in many ways, more sophisticated than man. Honed by a millennia of living, they remain within the ordered scheme of Nature and live as Nature intended. It’s a far cry from some the activities of man of late, including the deadly ivory trade, which threatens to wipe out this very species so that people might have trinkets and ornaments to express their wealth.

Listen and react accordingly

A recent study of elephants living in Amboseli found they had the ability to discern danger and react accordingly to the danger posed by man and lions. This ability to distinguish whether a predator is worth fussing over is extremely important for wild populations competing with other animals over food and space and it’s something we could learn.

For leaders working on improving their leadership skills – which should be all of them – there are some lessons here. While our always on, always connected society allows anyone to seem like an instant expert, there is no shortcut or substitute for wisdom. And over time, teams will follow leaders who understand this.

There are lots of ways to Prospect and recruit leads. I am just going to go over a few here. You must stay in touch with your Leads. Learn to Value your time. You must get better at talking to you Leads if you don’t get better at closing and communication you will have to Work 10 times harder.
The First thing is to see who left you there Phone # They are saying Call Me PLEASE.

 

Focus on Mind Set.
Time is your most Precious Commodity.
The Phone is the time saver. Maxam=Time 3 Minute Expert 

Phone Calls.  >>> When Should You Call.

Call them as quickly as possible. Do not  be desperate when you call them but if you call them right away you establish that you are a professional and there is a human being behind the website. Most marketers never call their leads as they are too lazy, or scared .This gives you a huge advantage. Let the lazy wonder why they never get any sales and you can gobble up people left and right. Always focus on them. Listen to them so that you can better serve them.
Now what to say when you call.
Example >> “I saw you visited my Website. Nice to connect with you. Just wanted to give you a call to see how I can best help you. How is it going ?”  Find out there problems. LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN!!~ Help- Educate – Training. Offer them a support system. Offer them a Solution.

To grow faster and sell smarter, sales teams need to focus on reducing response times at every stage. Phone are time saving.

People don’t always pick up on the first try and sometimes it takes multiple calls to make contact.

Hearing  every reason under the sun for not making another call including, “If they we’re really interested they would have answered the first time or called me back.”
That does sound like an excuse for not trying again.
I will say make it simple 🙂

We have Door to Door >>
Many Years ago I was in a Business with my Husband and we had home Party’s. this worked very well at the time,  living in a small town in New York Long island ( the Hampton’s)  We Knew everyone. I even use to go Door to Door with Brochures but as I said we knew the People. Then we Moved. It became somewhat harder and we where  out of business.  At this point I would not do DOOR TO DOOR !!~ If you have a lot of Leads that are Local the best way is to meet over Lunch-Dinner in your home. Ect.

Prospecting – Is interacting with a individual- one on one conversation.  They have already said there interested. (A lead)
Passive — You are doing something  >> Blog post-Instagram-Periscope-ect. You hope to attract an unnamed individual.
Sending them to a capture page giving them something for there e-mail address . Then they become a Lead!!~~

How to better Invite!!~

One thing never to do is say too much. A lot of times network marketers try to close people in the wrong part of the process such as in the initial call or via voicemail. The best way to get more duplication is to go for the close AFTER they have seen your company presentation, whichever system you use. You might show a video, invite them to a meeting or use a sizzle call or CD/DVD. All approaches work, just make sure whatever you are doing in your  prospecting approach that others can do the exact same thing when THEY want to recruit people.
If you are serious about getting better in network marketing, the very first step is to improve your  prospecting approach and results.

.Still going Summer Strong and I wish you to join the Team with me and work together to become Healthy and fit. This takes Exercise and Proper Diet. Both work hand in hand. Can not  have one without the other !!~
I have added to my Exercise program a walk in the Morning when I get up. Such a difference in how I feel and this is giving me more motivation to continue with my exercise. i joined my Daughter when she exercises so I do get a variety of exercise !!~ So I walk when I first wake up then My Tai Chi ~~ And some other work out a little later Yoga  Cardio  ect

I am going to share with you some tips that may help.
It is never too late to make Better Choices.
Being active everyday helps you live longer and feel better, and can lower your risk for heart Disease, Stroke and Diabetes.
AIM>> For 30 minutes  of Physical activity every day.
You can start with walking. Walk like you are going some where- If you can’t do 30 start with 5-10 and add another minute a day until you reach 30.
Eat better>>> your body needs healthy foods to make new cells, create energy, fight disease.
Stock your Kitchen with colorful fruits and vegetables, and refined, fiber-rich, whole grain foods.
I say no SUGAR, cut back on salt, saturated fats.
