    Holding a hug for an extended time lifts one’s serotonin levels, elevating mood and creating Happiness.
    Hugs strengthen the immune system. The gentle pressure on the sternum and the emotional charge this creates activates the Solar Plexu ChakraThis stimulates the thymus gland, which regulates and balances the body’s production of white blood cells, which keep you healthy and disease free.

According to research in an online version of  Neurology people who participated in mentally stimulating activities (such as reading books and completing math problems) had better memory retention later in life, no matter if they read as children or adults.
  4. Laugh Often >. Humor strengthens your immune system, boosts energy, diminish pain, protects from Stress.

5. Move your Body >. Stay active helps you feel better and clears your mind of negative thoughts.

Let’s be blunt:  It’s a whole lot easier to sell your products and services when everyone knows you’re the authority in your field. In fact, it’s not just easier to sell your stuff, it’s like your stuff starts selling itself because of your reputation, your positioning.  Authority sells.   Establish yourself as not just an expert, but an authority, and the whole game changes.
Experts” have a lot of knowledge/experience on a subject.  But that doesn’t mean anyone gives a dam.

Posture !!~

Posture is the way you position your body or arrange your limbs. So stand up straight, put your shoulders back, and lift that chin up.
Posture a particular way of dealing with or considering something; an approach or attitude.
Good Posture improves Productivity .
Posture Boosts Confidence >> The “powerful pose” releases chemicals in the body that can make you more confident. When we open our chest by pushing our shoulders back and lifting our head, testosterone, a hormone associated with greater confidence and power, is released, and cortisol, a hormone associated with stress, is lowered.
Posture improves your communication > > Having poor posture detracts from your leadership. Standing tall with our hands on our hips when we’re feeling in control and when we want to exude dominance over someone else; and we slouch, sometimes even wrapping our arms around our bodies, when we feel self-doubt. Simply by changing our body language and engaging in this powerful pose,  we can make ourselves feel more powerful and exude greater confidence to those around us, allowing us to be better leaders.

Facilitates breathing: A good posture naturally enables you to breathe properly. I started appreciating this after I started meditating regularly a few months back, coupled with a good posture. I found a really a huge difference in the amount of air I could inhale between sitting up straight and slouching. This is why yoga, pilates and Meditation exercises pay so much attention on getting your posture and sitting positions right.

  1. Increases concentration and thinking ability: When you are breathing properly, you increase your thinking ability too. Our brain requires 20% of oxygen to do its job properly. More air, more oxygen. More oxygen, more brain food. More brain food leads to more thoughts and ideas.
  2. Improve your image: People with good postures look smarter and more attractive. Have you ever seen someone with a bad posture and felt the person seemed unkempt, even though the person has not said or done anything yet? On the flip side, someone with a good posture naturally exudes an aura of assertiveness and appeal.
  3. Feel even better about yourself: When you have a good posture, it helps to make you feel more self confidence  without even doing anything else different. Try sitting in a bad posture now for 30 seconds. Now, switch to a good posture for 30 seconds as well. Is there any difference in how you felt?
  4. Avoid health complications: A bad posture results in several complications over time, such as increased risks of slipped disc, back aches, back pain, pressure inside your chest, poor blood circulation. When I was studying in business school, I had a professor back who suffered from a slip disc when he was younger. Unfortunately, he can’t straighten his back ever since the incident and he now walks with a permanent slouch.
    Business Body Language: Handshakes, Eye Contact, Posture, and Smiles
    Your body language, i.e your demeanor, impacts your success. It’s vital that you know how to act when you get to a conference, after-hours, meeting or trade show to make the most effective and efficient use of your time … and to attract those people whom you want to do with business with and add to your network.
    The success of any encounter begins the moment someone lays eyes on you. One of the first things they notice about you is your aura, that distinctive atmosphere that surrounds you. You create it, and you are responsible for what it says about you and whom it attracts. Your aura enters with you and starts speaking long before your open your mouth. Since body language conveys more than half of any message in any face-to-face encounter, how you act is vital to your aura.
    One of the first key things people notice is how you carry and present yourself. Do you walk and stand with confidence like your mother taught you?

    Or do you slouch, perhaps with your shoulders drooping, your head forward and your stomach protruding? Are you saying to people that you are not sure of yourself, are not poised and, therefore, not the one they should seek out and get to know? Plant your feet about six to eight inches apart with one slightly in front of the others. My workshop attendees always remark about how this positioning makes them feel “grounded,” “rooted” and “balanced” … great ways to start any encounter!You also tell people through your posture if you are want others to approach you. For instance, if you are talking with one other person and the two of you are forming a rectangle, you will give the message that you have “closed off” your space and don’t want to be interrupted. If you doubt me, stand by two people who are in the rectangular position and see how long you go unacknowledged. The two will see you out of their peripheral vision, but won’t include you until they have finished their “private” conversation. If, on the other hand, the two of you stand with your feet pointed outward like two sides of an incomplete triangle, you will be inviting others into the conversation. You can make that all-important eye contact.

I am Blogging my Summer Strong Part 3 a Little early because I want to get out to you these very special Challenges. Summer Strong Part 3 is going Strong and I wish you to join the Team with me and work together to become Healthy and fit. This takes Exercise and Proper Diet. Both work hand in hand. Can not  have one without the other !!~
I have added to my Exercise program a walk in the Morning when I get up. Such a difference in how I feel and this is giving me more motivation to continue with my exercise. i joined my Daughter when she exercises so I do get a variety of exercise !!~ So I walk when I first wake up then My Tai Chi ~~ And some other work out a little later Yoga  Cardio  ect .

My Morning walk ~~ I didn’t want to but i made a commitment to my self !! So what i want to say whenever you don’t. Feel like doing something DO it any way it is a feel good feeling.

Rejection !!~

Rejection !!~

Nobody likes Rejection but we must learn how to Deal with Rejection. One of the key traits that will determine if someone has success in network marketing or not is IF they learn how to deal with rejection. when you get your first few rejections. It feels weird and certainly not positive. Your determination on if you learn how to handle rejection or not will usually determine if you are ever to have success outside of that 9-5 job. The people that succeed in network marketing do two things, 1) they see if people are open to an EXTRA income and or whatever product they are promoting and 2) they don’t quit. That’s it really. Stop being addicted to the outcome of an individual telling you they WILL join your network marketing business and instead just collect a decision. Your goal is to go and find people, determine if they are open to the idea of making extra money from home or being mentored by your team and if they are, move forward, if they are not, move on. It is that simple. DO NOT try to convince people that it’s awesome or that they should do it, see if they are open, collect a decision and think ABUNDANCE. There are thousands and thousands of people per day looking for additional streams of income, you WILL run into and find them IF you get over being hung up with rejection and continue to prospect. Know that there ARE people fed up with the normal way of doing things and they want to control their life, they are out there, it is up to you, to go free them. >> Ray Higdon

Although rejection is subjective, you could decide to use the experience as an opportunity to contemplate your current behaviors, and determine ways to grow and become a better person.

It is a sign you’re experiencing life to the fullest.

Chances are, if you had chosen to hide under the covers and had not pursued the friendship, career, contest, or relationship, you wouldn’t have experienced rejection.

But you wouldn’t have completely experienced life either. So be Brave enough to take the risk.

The only approval that truly matters is your self-approval.

Your self-love and respect for your uniqueness will trump the negative emotions brought up by rejection.

Once you’re conscious of your magnificence, rejection will lose its power.

You might not feel happy about being rejected, but you will bounce back quickly.

Are you Clear on your Vision ~~Do you have trouble being clear about your Vision? I did and that is why I am writing this Blog post. Here are some things to do to be clear on your Vision !~ The Only thing that will keep you Consistent is your Vision.  

It is how well you  are at creating your vision . When you create a vision for the life you want to grow into and the person you want to become, all that tactical training will fall into place and you will actually start to grow into the person you are meant to become. Ray Higdon 

Create a Vision for your future.

Sit quietly, close your eyes, and imagine the people, places, or situations that you need to leave behind. Now, imagine the future that you want, whether it’s simply a feeling, a group of people, or a situation such as a wonderful new job.

Imagine how it will feel to be in that new place. Picture the sun coming up behind your future, the warm glow of the light on your face.

Stand for a moment and silently voice your appreciation for everything that came before. Once you’ve thanked the past, turn toward the sun, and with compassion and gratitude, imagine yourself walking away from the past and into the future.

Surround yourself with visual reminders of the life you’d like to create.

If it’s a new job in a particular field, put objects or images from that field someplace where you’ll see them every day. If it’s a home, find a picture of a house that you love and put it near your front door. It can be anything that reminds you of what you’re moving toward.

Now that you have a vision of your future, break it up into workable tasks.

What do you need to do, every day, to create that vision? Look for work? Meet new people? Search for a place to live in your chosen town? Make it specific. Make a list of everything you need to do and a schedule for when you’ll do it. Then do it and commit to keep doing it, one day at a time.

Every day, go back to that vision of you walking toward your future.

Every morning or evening, close your eyes and see yourself walking into the rising sun, toward your dreams, and reconnect with why you’re moving toward this new possibility.

Often, we encounter resistance. We don’t want to let go, even of things that cause us pain or that are obviously already out of our grasp. We often struggle with limiting beliefs or stories about ourselves that hold us back from trying new things.

But there is one way to keep your compass pointed to this new life, even in the midst of any resistance or struggles you may encounter on your path. Just ask yourself this: “What can I do in this moment to keep moving forward?” Don’t bother wondering why you’re doing it or beating yourself up.

Then, no matter what you feel in the moment—lonely, self-critical, tired, lazy, or disappointed—do something to maintain momentum, even if it’s one small thing. There’s an old adage that says that true courage isn’t about not feeling fear; it’s about feeling fear and acting anyway.

Choose courage instead of letting your fear choose your future for you.

Vision is the only thing that will keep you consistent . Who do you want to be >> Help other people relize it is never too late!!`

Overcome  Fear !!~ How do you Overcome   Fear?  Meet it head on !!~ What ever you fear do !!~ Overcome  Fear by exposing ourselves to our personal demons is the best way to move past them.    We allow fear to steal our joy, our sleep, and our precious dreams. If you want to know happiness and realize your dreams, you have to be willing to take a  leap of faith despite being afraid. Too often, we hold back and play it safe, in order to avoid becoming successful, feeling embarrassed, looking silly, being hurt, and facing rejection or possible failure.
What is Real Fear?  (Fear Is A Choice) Real fear is the body’s natural response to a threat. (Danger)

The following tips will allow you to face fear and put it in its place.

1. Get comfortable with fear.

Invite fear into your life. When you fear something, move toward it.  Feel it, and breathe through it.

Do the things that frighten you. Action builds courage. Tell yourself, “This fear will pass.” Your world expands as your courage expands.

2. Make your dominant thoughts positive.

Fearful thoughts attract more fear. Positive thoughts attract success. Instead of expecting the worst, train your mind to expect the best. Make positive assumptions about your future.

Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

3. Don’t give time, attention, or energy to fear.

Hold yourself accountable. Be consistent, be prepared, be dependable, and focus on solutions.

Be innovative, take the initiative, and go the extra mile. If you don’t take action despite your fear, opportunity will pass you by.

4. Never dwell on scarcity.

Learn to think, speak, and live as an abundant person. Turn off the news. Celebrate what you have. Be generous.

Focus your attention on being ready, willing, and prepared for the beauty, wonder, connections, good fortune, and favorable circumstances that are yours if you are willing to work and be open to it.

5. Revisit your victories.

Strengthen your belief in yourself by reflecting on the last three years of your life and every success you’ve experienced.

Close your eyes and feel the celebratory emotion of each one. Bring the same drive, persistence, and talent into now and allow it to inspire and motivate you.

6. Live vicariously through the victories of others.

Use the success stories of others. Read how the Brooklyn Bridge was built. Study the success of Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Steven Spielberg, and Oprah Winfrey. Take note of the courage they developed and follow their path to greatness.

7. Ask your family and friends for encouragement.

My family can see my strength when I forget I have it. At my request, they don’t hesitate to remind me of all trials and triumphs we have come through. They’re generous with praise and encouragement.  Ask your loved ones to do the same for you.

8. Create a support group of friends or colleagues.

Robert Fulghum said it best in his book, All I Really Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten: “When you go out into the world, it is best to hold hands and stick together.” Sticking together makes tough times easier and easier times more fun!

9. Plan to be great.

Step into your power and dream big. Follow it up with calculated risks and deliberate action steps. Have no doubt about your success. Your dreams are at stake here!

What is Psychological Fear?
Psychological fear is unnatural. Fear is a vital response to physical and emotional danger—if we didn’t feel it, we couldn’t protect ourselves from legitimate threats. But often we fear situations that are far from life-or-death, and thus hang back for no good reason. Tramus or bad experiences can trigger a fear response within us that is hard to e quell.

Know the difference.
Be aware of what you’re feeling—what triggered the physical and mental/emotional response—and make the distinction between the kind of fear or anxiety you are feeling.

Recognize fear in its other guise: worry.

Pay attention to the mental noise that typically begins with “my.”

Observe your thoughts of fear and your physical reactions to them.

Know that it takes practice.

I don’t know about anyone else but I sure do waste time. hoping this Blog post will help me be more focused and time conscious. In my research I found a few helpful hint on Stop Wasting Time.

Some helpful hints on Stop Wasting time !!~ Develop a routine that will allow you to work more efficiently and make the best use of your time.
The importance of having a daily routine to Stop Wasting Time ~~How to evaluate this routine and see if it works for you ~~and the importance of sticking to your routine.

Stop random email checks Unless you are expecting an important task-related message.
Schedule 3 different time slots to check your e-mail. morning, after lunch, and afternoon. the same goes for your voicemail, text messages and other smartphone-related activities.
Reduce these harmful interruptions by sticking to a set schedule. Plan your time. 5 minutes is all you need to establish a short list of tasks, create a daily schedule, and prioritize your activities in the order of importance. By creating a plan each morning you’ll have much more success in follow-through on what matters most.
Don’t allow interruptions  >>  a common form of procrastination, not following through on your priorities, and time being wasted. Learning the self-discipline to stay on task doesn’t always come naturally.  But remember — when you prioritize a task as highly important, you’re giving yourself permission to shut yourself off from interruptions. Stop working on non essential tasks.   you may not even realize you’re doing anything wrong.  Any time you spend on less important activities is a step backward, especially when time-sensitive priority tasks and goals are concerned. When you tell yourself what you should be doing and when, it reduces the intimidation factor of having large projects and open spaces of time.
